Babelio Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment in the Program

By signing up for the BabelioBaby Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined in this agreement. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any account that violates these terms.

2. Prohibited Promotion Methods 

To protect our brand integrity and ensure fair play, the following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:

  • Coupon/Deal Site Submissions: You are strictly prohibited from submitting, posting, or sharing your unique affiliate link or coupon code on any third-party coupon, deal, or discount aggregator websites. Examples include, but are not limited to, SimplyCodes, RetailMeNot, Honey, CouponBird, and Slickdeals.

  • Search Engine Bidding (PPC): You may not bid on "Babelio", "BabelioBaby", or any variations/misspellings of our brand keywords on Google Ads, Bing, or any other search engines.

  • Inappropriate Content: Promotion on sites containing adult content, hate speech, or illegal activities is strictly forbidden.

  • Impersonation: You may not pose as an official representative of BabelioBaby or create social media accounts that look like official brand pages.

3. Coupon Code Usage & Attribution

  • Link-First Policy: Our program is designed to reward content creators for driving new traffic. We prioritize Link Tracking. Commissions will only be awarded for sales where a valid referral link click is recorded within our 7-day cookie window.

  • Coupon Poaching: If we detect that a sale was generated solely because a customer searched for a coupon at checkout (without prior interaction with your content), the commission for that sale will be voided.

  • Exclusions: Coupon codes may not be valid on certain bundles or during sitewide clearance events.

4. Commission & Payouts

  • Commission Rate: Our standard rate is 10% on qualifying sales (excluding shipping and taxes).

  • Approval Period: All commissions are subject to a 30-day cooling-off period to account for order cancellations or returns.

  • Right to Reject: BabelioBaby reserves the right to reject commissions from orders that are identified as fraudulent, returned, or generated through prohibited promotional methods listed in Section 2.

5. Termination

Violation of any of these terms, especially the Coupon Site Submission policy, will result in immediate termination of your affiliate account and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

6. Modifications

BabelioBaby reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation in the program following a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
