Start by attaching the template vertically and drill holes precisely at the marks using a 6mm drill bit. Then, thread the screws through the designated holes on the tie rods and into the wall.

Unscrew the E-Latch and Adjust the Gate Width

Unscrew the 3 E-Latch. Extend the door rail to the fit the opening width. Ensure that the extension is even and the rail is aligned properly.

Install the upper latch and lower latch

Extend the door rail to the wall, determine the location of the lower and upper lock buckles and install them.

Adjusting the Latch Spacing

Adjust the width of the gate frame again, so that the distance between the handle and the upper latch wall bracket is less than 0.078 inch. Install 3 E-latch.
