Excellent product. Unfortunately, the gate arrived damaged and the bottom latch is broken. Otherwise we’re happy with the design and ease of installation.We would greatly appreciate a refund from the seller.
Perfect for my son , not to go upstairs . Though he tries almost every day to figure out to how to unlock 😂😂. Though it came with broken part but couldn’t go for replacement as packaging was garbaged by my nephew.

Looks good - definitely need cups to keep gate secure
Do not use this if you have tall, thick baseboards where you want to put it. The tension pads won’t work if the baseboards are over 1/4inch thick and over 3inches tall. If you do need it where those boards exist, you cannot use the lower tension pads. You would have to anchor the bottom half of the gate assembly mechanically (bracketed with screws or bolted to the baseboard.
