1. What countries do you ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. However, please note that we may not be able to deliver to certain remote locations.

2. How long does shipping usually take?

Shipping times vary by destination and typically range from 8 to 20 days. For special occasions like birthdays or parties, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 20 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.

3. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge if it has not yet shipped. Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be treated as a return.

4. How do I initiate a return, and what is your return policy?

To initiate a return, please submit a detailed return request to Customer Service within 30 days of receiving your order. Ensure the item(s) are returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, clean, with original tags and packaging. You will be responsible for return shipping fees and any customs duties.


After we receive your return, we'll process it within 3-5 business days. Eligible refunds typically appear in your account within two billing cycles. Note that returned items not meeting our return conditions will not be refunded and will be shipped back to you.
